Sur cette commande, deux bouteilles à consommer sur le mois d’avril max (et une avec date illisible)

Après clarification avec le client : il semblerait que, du fait de nos faibles volumes sur certaines références, quelques erreurs de suivi des DDM soient survenues.
Bien que les DDM soient largement indicatives (pour des produits comme les nôtres, il n'y a pas de sujet sanitaire de 'péremption'), nous nous efforçons de garantir une réception des produits à maximum 2 mois de la DDM.
Nous nous excusons pour le désagrément occasionné.

Buongiorno, avevo scritto al Vs Servizio Clienti per chiedere conferma che i Vs pasti non sono integrati con vitamine e minerali, ma non ho ricevuto akcuna risposta.
In più, vorrei sapere come mai le confezioni hanno ridotto il nu,ero dei pastoi disponobili.

I do not speak Italian so I translated your message to English : 'Good morning, I wrote to your Customer Service to ask for confirmation that your meals are not supplemented with vitamins and minerals, but I have not received any response. To answer you :
- An email was sent to you on 28th February regarding vitamins and minerals, but here is a more complete answer : our 'Daily' products are organic certified, so we are not allowed to add vitamins and minerals. To fit the regulation, we use a mix of special ingredients which are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals. For our 'Catalyst' non organic products, a vitamins and mineral mix is used. Besides, you can find the nutritional datas of vitamins and minerals on each product page when you click on the green button 'see the complete nutritional data sheet'.
- I guess you are referring to pouches : we changed from 10 to 6 portions pouches so the products fit better with the shipping box and make expeditions more efficient (most of our orders are placed via our website).
